MIAMI: Quick tip

I attended a Stretching class at a new yoga studio on south beach called THE GREEN MONKEY. It was incredible! I was working on muscles i never knew were there.
I joined the class thinking it was Friday and i wanted to be extremely lazy in the workout department and treat my body to a good stretch.
Well...little did i know this wasn't any ordinary class... I was sweating and my muscles were uncontrollably trembling... it was a  deep amazing workout!
The best and most entertaining part of it all was ..You partner up with someone else in the class and do strange things to loosen each others muscles..for example.... walking on one another's back, massaging your partners shoulders with your feet.. standing on each others butt and kneading the buttocks with your toes...hahaha (like nothing i have ever done before)

TIP:
 1) make sure you have sparkling clean feet , preferably well manicured so you dont gross out your stretching partner
2) if your wierded out by other peoples feet on you bring a friend to the class :)

So basically this class was called Evening Stretch ( sounds relaxing right?...haha)

This is the description straight out of the green monkey website:

This is an educational class as well as a very hands-on program.  This class has been designed to take both new and experienced yogis to the next level in their practice. Focus will be on areas that hold chronic tension such as the quads, lower back and hamstrings.  Class will feature a fusion of problem-solving techniques, Thai bodywork, Ki-Hara Mashing™ and dynamic yoga exercises to strengthen weak muscle groups while providing flexibility without substitution in order to bring balance to your body and soul.If you struggle with yoga positions and are aware of tension in your upper and lower body, or if you are dealing with chronic pain or problem areas, then this class is a must for you!

So anyways, i left feeling like a million bucks, which is exactly how i like to feel...
I was as flexible as a pretzel, and i felt DARN GOOD!
